BEAUTY, HEALTH AND WELLNESS EXPO FOR WOMEN PREPARES TO “WOW” ATTENDEES

WoW! Expo events showcase beauty, skincare, fashion, nutrition, fitness, seminars and programs for multi-cultural business owners and entrepreneurs

Los Angeles, CA July 4, 2014 – The Stylish Attitudes 2014 WoW! Expo and Wellness events, being held in cities across the country offers stellar demonstrations, beauty, skincare, fashion, fun, nutrition, entertainment, seminars and programs to equip multi-cultural women with the tools and information needed to achieve and maintain health, wellness, financial fitness, safety and overall well-being.

The theme for the National two-day WoW! Women of Wealth events, also known as “WoW! The Experience,” is Your Home. Your Health and Wellness, You. The program is scheduled to premier October 18, 2014 with entertainment, networking activities, free screenings, demonstrations, financial fitness, homebuyer educational seminars and workshops.

The general event is open to the public and free to attend.  Attendees are encouraged to register a FREE personal E-Biz page, bring plenty of business cards and come prepared to network with over 500 professionals in a fun and engaging  atmosphere. The expo is also open to attendees who are homeowners and entrepreneurs, or have a strong desire to become one or both.

“This wellness event is a representation and expression of dynamic women coming together to connect, collaborate and grow together under the idea of beauty, health, wellness and financial fitness” said Deborrah Gilbert, founder and ceo of Stylish Attitudes, Inc., Licensed Skin Therapist / Aesthetician and Chairwoman of the Soaps For Hope Wellness Foundation.  The annual expo event benefits the foundations community health, wellness, safety and prevention mission. 

Gilbert, who also produced and hosted the television and radio shows, The Welcome Home Report, which aired on Time Warner Cable networks throughout Southern California, is committed to raising fun, friends and awareness while giving back to local neighborhoods and communities. 

The daughter of a military family, she traveled the globe and worked tirelessly though the Moretta Community Development Corporation to move the financial fitness, financial capability and homeownership education agenda further by developing the resources and relationships that help bridge the homeownership, savings and wealth gap; essential resources which result in increased business and homeownership opportunities and homelessness prevention. Since 1989, her mantra remains “Homeownership education today, vibrant communities tomorrow.”

The WoW expo 'Beauty of Business' seminars and workshops will inspire and empower attendees and help them learn tips and strategies for understanding credit, personal budget planning, the process of buying a home, starting a business, how to write a business plan that will help to gain access to capital and how to start, grow and sustain a successful business.

The event is being made possible through sponsorship opportunities and in part with support from local collaborative partners including the Moretta Community Development Corporation, Soaps for Hope Wellness Foundation, Le Shea Naturals and Stylish Attitudes, Inc., who also hosts the events online presentation.

The Soaps for Hope Wellness Foundation is a community-based nonprofit organization based in Southern California, established in 2013 for community awareness and outreach purposes.  The organization fosters community health, wellness and well-being for women, children and their families.
